1. UIIm webiste collects your personal information in order to confirm your identification for signing up, consultation, request of service and etc. The items of personal information to be collected are as follows.

ο Items of personal information to be collected : ID, password, name, nickname, e-mail address, homepage, blog address, date of birth.
ο Methods of collecting personal information : Website(the information you entered when registering, your application for consultation, the information you entered when registering through phone/fax, the information you registered when entering for an event, the information provided by partner companies)

2. Purposes of collection and usage of personal information
Purposes of collection of personal information are as follows.

ο Fulfillment of contract on the provision of services, provision of charging and accounting contents, purchasing and payment, sending product or bill according to the provision of services
ο Managing membership : Confirmation of identity for the use of members only services, handling request such as complaints, notifying.
ο Application on advertizement such as marketing

3. Period of retention and use of personal information
In principle, such information is immediately deleted when purposes of collection and usage of personal information have been accomplished. However, the personal information may be retained for a certain period of time when relevant statutes require retention of such personal information.

Items of personal information retained :
ID, password, name, nickname, e-mail address, homepage, blog address, date of birth.

Delivering advertizing information such as new service(product) launch and specializing and event, frequency of visits to the website, and the history of the user’s participation in events or surveys, date of birth.
Retained according to Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce

Period of retention : 5 years

4. Deletion of personal information and methods of deletion
In principle, such information is immediately deleted when purposes of collection and usage of personal information have been accomplished.
Procedures and methods of deletion are as follows.

ο Proceduers of deletion
The information you entered for signing up and etc. is moved to the data base(to a separated file cabinet if on paper) after such purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period of time and deleted according to the purpose of privacy protection(see 'Period of retention and use of personal information') by our terms and other relevant Acts. The personal information moved to the data can not be used for any other purpose other than to be stored except by the Acts.

ο Methods of deletion
- Electronically stored personal information is deleted in an irrecoverable way.
- Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by paper shredder or incinerated,

5. Disclosure of collected personal information
UIIM Website does not disclose your personal information to another person, company, and/or institution without your consent. If necessary, we will inform you in advance on which organizations personal information will be disclosed to, what information is required for which reasons and ask for your consent in advance for such disclosure.

6. Rights of a user and a legal representative and methods of exercising such rights
A user and a legal representative at anytime can review or revise one’s own personal information that has been provided and may request for deletion of his/her ID.

If a legal representative of a child under the age of 14 is in need to see or correct children's personal information, or withdraw the consent, he/she is required to click revision of personal information or withdrawal of membership and confirm the user's identity to personally see or correct, or withdraw.
Or you may request personal information administrator through an e-mail or a letter, or on the phone, then we will respond immediately.

If you request for the correction of personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until the correction has been completed. And if such incorrect personal information has been provided to a 3rd party, then the corrected information will be immediately notified to the 3rd party to be corrected.

UIIM handles the personal information deleted by the request of a user or a legal representative according to 'Period of retention and use of personal information' and manage not to be used or read for any other purpose.

7. Installation, operation and rejection of cookies
UIIM website uses cookie which stores and retrieves your information. Cookie is a small data package that the server which is used in the operation of homepage sends to your browser. The data package is stored in the hard disks of your computer. The purposes of using cookie are as follows.
